6. With Accident Protection – Full Coverage, is the excess reduced to zero?
Yes. With Full Coverage, the excess is fully reduced to €0, meaning you are not liable for standard accident-related repair costs covered under the policy.
7. Is the maximum charge really limited to €150?
Yes. In the unlikely event that a charge applies outside covered items, the maximum charge is capped at €150.
8. Is this amount refundable if no damage occurs?
Yes. If no damage occurs during your rental, any applicable amount is fully refundable.
9. Does the coverage include tyres?
Partially. Tyres are covered for normal wear and tear. However, sidewall damage, punctures, or cuts are not covered.
10. Is a security deposit required?
No. No security deposit is required. We operate on a trust-based policy for our drivers.
